Our story
Until the 1990s, the most advanced self-cleaning vents came from the European market, with 5° tapered slots.
Driven by this technological challenge, Valdir Zanatta and Jeanlis Brito Zanatta decided to develop, in Brazil, a solution capable of exceeding that performance. This is how Ventistamp Metalúrgica was founded in 1996.
By mastering the casting process applied to vent manufacturing, the company developed its own venting geometries and consolidated the Super Self-Cleaning Vent concept.
This evolution helped increase clogging resistance, extend efficient venting time, and reduce the need for tooling interventions.
Over the years, Ventistamp transformed this technical expertise into a portfolio of solutions for demanding foundry applications, including lines for sand processes and, later, for gravity and low-pressure aluminum casting, with technology protected by patents in Brazil, the United States, Germany, and India.
Today, Ventistamp serves customers in Brazil and international markets, offering high-technology ventilation systems for foundry tooling.
